Legal Consultant
In her capacity as legal consultant, Jo provides expert advice, guidance, and services to clients on a variety of legal and regulatory matters. Called upon to help navigate complex legal issues, develop legal strategies, or to provide guidance on legal compliance and risk management, Jo is routinely involved in drafting, reviewing, or negotiating contracts and other legal documents, as well as conducting research and analysis on legal topics relevant to her clients’ needs. A quick study, Jo undertakes and digests research on novel issues and unique disputes on behalf of law firms, consulting firms, or in-house legal departments within larger organizations. She then provides primers, opinion memoranda, advice, and recommendations based on the requested deliverables.
